Kingston Herb Garden

Greenhouse and a variety of lavenders

We are a small independent nursery situated in the former kitchen garden of Kingston House Estate.

We grow a selection of culinary and medicinal herbs and dye plants and specialise in growing and selling many varieties of lavenders.

Blomus

A section of the garden is given over to a display of mature plants and recently we devoted an extensive area to hedging lavenders.

From modest beginnings, we now we now exhibit at regional shows – Oxfordshire Country Fayre, Cotswold Show and Country Fair – and were awarded a Silver at the national 2002 Blenheim Flower Show and in 2003 we were awarded a Gold!

In 2004, we entered an RHS show for the first time – the Malvern Spring Show – and much to our delight, were awarded a Silver medal.

Farmers’ Markets in Abingdon, Ascot, Didcot and Faringdon allow us an opening to sell our plants throughout the year come rain or shine!
